We are Kun-Kon Games OÜ (referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "Tanggle") - a company behind Tanggle. We operate the website https://tanggle.io (the "Site").

These Legal Terms are a legally binding agreement between us. By using our site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted to be bound by all of these legal terms. If you disagree with any of these legal terms, you are specifically prohibited from using the services and must stop using them right away.

We may update or otherwise modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update will constitute acceptance.

All intellectual property rights in our Services, such as any source code, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, images (excluding images uploaded by our users), and graphics (collectively, the "Content") are owned by us or are under license.

If you send us any question, comment, suggestion or give feedback (collectively, "Feedback"), you acknowledge that this feedback will belong to us and that we may use and distribute it without restriction for any purpose, without giving you credit or other compensation.

We have subscription plans available through Stripe. All purchases are non-refundable. You can manage your subscription by going to your profile and navigating to the "Subscription" section. There, you can downgrade, upgrade, cancel, or change billing cycle of your subscription.

We reserve a right to terminate your account if you do not obey these Legal Terms even if you have an active subscription plan. If we terminate your account, your subscription will be automatically cancelled by us.

You may not use this site for any purpose different for which we make it available.

You agree not to:

• Harass, annoy, intimidate, threaten, abuse or harm another person.
• Scrape (systematically retrieve) content from this website.
• Trick us or other users, especially in an attempt to gain access to an account you do not own.
• Harm our services in any way.
• Engage in any automated use of our services, such as using various scripts and robots.
• Attempt to impersonate another person.
• Reverse-engineer our source code to create automated robots or a similar service.
• Advertise other similar services or offer to sell goods.
• Sell or transfer your profile.
• Do anything illegal.

When you upload an image, you grant us permission to store it on our servers and to make a jigsaw puzzle out of it. To protect our users, the jigsaw puzzle made out of a user-uploaded image can't be made public, but may be shared with other people using a shareable link.

Your uploaded images are protected by a URL consisting of unique generated set of characters (UUID) that are nearly impossible to guess, which means that this image will be accessible only to us and people with whom you share the jigsaw puzzle link - to anyone who may access your image in a consequence of your actions.

You are forbidden to upload images that:

• You do not own or do not have a permission to use as a jigsaw puzzle.
• Are constructed in a special way to harm our services.

You are forbidden to upload images that contain any of the following:

• harassment
• promotion of self-harm
• violence to people or animals, and violence at all
• abuse of anyone, in any way
• any illegal content

This site is meant for people at least 13 years old. If you upload image containing content that may be considered as inappropriate for a minor, you are strongly forbidden to share it publicly.

Due to privacy concerns we do not manually check user-uploaded images for forbidden content. If you see such content please immediately report it to us by writing a letter to [email protected] with a link to that content. We reserve a right to remove any forbidden content from our servers and/or terminate account that uploaded such content without any notice.

If you believe that any image available on this site infringes upon any copyright you own, please immediately notify us by writing us a letter to [email protected]. The use of copyrighted content by a person who do not have right rights is forbidden and such content will be removed from our site.

We reserve a right to:

• Take appropriate legal action against anyone who breaks the law or these legal terms.
• Entirely restrict access to this site for an account or IP address.
• Remove uploaded images that violate copyright laws or we think are inappropriate.
