First-Party Cookies

These cookies are set directly by us:

• session — Used for user authentication to maintain your session. This cookie is only set when you log in, register, or join a puzzle as a guest.
• NEXT_LOCALE — Used to store your preferred language setting. This cookie is only set if your selected language differs from your browser's default.

Third-Party Cookies

Data Collection and Usage

We and selected third parties may collect and store the following types of information:

• Email address: Used for account recovery and communication. Your email is not visible to other users. It is also shared with our payment processor (Stripe) if you initiate a transaction.
• Payment information: Managed and stored by Stripe upon purchase completion. We do not store this information ourselves.

Additional technical data — such as IP address, User-Agent string, and requested page URL — may be logged by our servers or Cloudflare for performance, diagnostics, and security.

Social Account Integration

You may optionally sign up or link your account using a third-party platform (e.g., Discord or Twitch). These platforms operate independently and have their own privacy policies and cookies.

When you link a social account, we may receive the following data:

• Your unique platform identifier — used for login via that platform.
• Your platform username — used for convenience and may be displayed in community puzzles with certain platform integration features enabled.
• Your email address — stored only if your account does not already have one associated.

You may disconnect a linked social account at any time. All related data will be deleted, except for any email address that was added automatically to your account.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics solution. No cookies are used, no personal data is collected, and there are no persistent identifiers.

Uploaded Content

Registered users may upload images and videos for use in custom jigsaw puzzles. These uploads are processed on our servers and stored on Cloudflare R2.

Uploaded content is private by default. However, other users who have previously joined a puzzle using your image may still be able to create new puzzles with that image.

You may delete your uploaded content at any time. Upon deletion, any existing puzzles that rely on the removed file will display a random image from the public puzzle gallery instead.
