About Us
Tanggle is an online multiplayer jigsaw puzzle platform — where friends, families or communities can meet together and collectively assemble a jigsaw puzzle. In real-time or asynchronously!️
Who?
Where?
The creators are from Estonia! But Tanggle doesn't belong to any specific place. It belongs to everyone around the globe who enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles.
A lot of people from countries of distinct cultures and languages use Tanggle. We see that and will do our best to make Tanggle, the best online puzzles, accessible to everyone!
Why?
For a very long time we, the creators of Tanggle, couldn't meet in person and do physical puzzles together (due to pandemic). There were not that many multiplayer jigsaw puzzle sites available. Everything we could find was either too limiting, too buggy, and/or had unskippable video ads when joining a puzzle.
So we decided to create our own unique puzzle place. Where people separated by whole continents can cooperate on a single jigsaw, comfortably, in real-time.
And we wanted to give everything for free! So only most peculiar features that 90% of people don't really need are hidden behind subscription. So basically we wanted subscription to be more like a way to support our vision than a limiting factor to force people to buy it.
When?
The work on Tanggle began on May 2023. The first public alpha was released on December 10, 2023.
As for now, we are actively working on Tanggle every day! You can expect a lot of improvements and new features in the near future.
How?
Tanggle is possible only because of you, our player. Although as of writing, Tanggle is unprofitable. But our player base is constantly growing every day!
And knowledge that sometime in the future we will have an opportunity to leave our current jobs and devote all our time into this project fills us with determination.
What?
Our plans are truly huge! Achievements, cosmetics, puzzle shapes, new modes, whole new ways to enjoy jigsaw puzzles ... so many things are on our to-do list! But we will not disclose everything just yet ;)
